TRX Classes

No part of the body is an island unto itself. Try to pick up a pen off the floor using just your hand. It's impossible. Even simple movements simultaneously engage the legs, core, shoulders, arms, and neck. The body is an interconnected chain of muscles. Every movement we perform is a whole-body movement. That's why TRX Training uses tools and movements that challenge the entire body in every plane of motion.  

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance while maintaining correct body alignment.

TRX Suspension Training is all about using your own bodyweight, gravity and natural, integrated movements to build total body strength, mobility, endurance and power. TRX training is challenging and fun. In 45 minutes you'll be glad it is over AND looking forward to your next workout. One of the best things about TRX system is that it accommodates all fitness levels. You can make it as hard or as easy as you need in any workout.

This is where you learn the TRX Foundational Movement Progressions of each TRX movement.  Nancy teaches you the safe and effective way to plank, push, pull, squat and lunge with your TRX and how to scale these movements to the appropriate intensity for your unique needs.
